I have lived in Shropshire since moving from Hertfordshire as a young child, and settled in Church Stretton in 2006. I am married and have two children currently at the school. My career has been in retail and my husband and I now own and run a shop in the town. In more recent years I have grown to love running especially in such a beautiful area as this.
Being a local business person, I very much enjoy community life and am proud of our thriving town.
When I finished my time as Chair of the Friends committee at St Lawrence, I knew that I still wanted to be involved with the school. Being a governor has given me the opportunity to learn more about the school, and to use my skills to help support St Lawrence to continue to be a place of happiness, safety, education and opportunity.
